Former first vice president of the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), and owner of Ufor hospital in Ughelli, Delta state, Dr Peter Clever Obakponovwe is dead.
His death was announced by Comrade Marcus Ekure, National President of UPYA on his Facebook page today.
