GOVERNOR of Cross River State, Prof. Ben Ayade, has described his first flight experience with state-owned Cally Air as wonderful.
Cally Air began commercial operations about three weeks ago.
Speaking at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, after disembarking from a Cally Air flight from Calabar, the governor said the experience of flying the airline was world-class.
He said, “It was smooth, fantastic, and timely. I was thrilled by the take-off and landing of the aircraft. We got to Abuja 10 minutes earlier.
“Cally Air had a unique appeal. Its sheer size, aircraft brand, quality of flight, and timelines makes the airline unique.”
It was gathered that the entrance of the airline has already caused ticket pricing war as other airlines had reduced their fares in response to Cally Air tickets which can be purchased for as low as N17,000.
