Fear grips resident following the discovery of girls corpse at a hotel in Delta

The discovery of a corpse of girl in mid twenties, an alleged commercial sex worker in Ebis hotel, Monday, in Amukpe area in Sapele, Delta State has thrown the community into confusion  and leaving tongues waggling.  

The girl remains was allegedly discovered underneath hotel bed, raising suspicion that her killer might have murdered her and carefully concealed it from the hotel management by hiding her corpse under bed.

This is coming barely two weeks after a female sex worker Miss Miracle also died under similar circumstance in a hotel room at the famous Sam Blossom hotel few miters from Ebis hotel.

According to a source who spoke to us in confidence, he said that before the discovery today other customers has lodge in the hotel but unknowing to them that there was a corpse under the bed.

“The hotel management discovered today (Monday) an offensive smell when a customer wanted to lodge in that room, so they decided to check the room only to discover that a dead girls corpse wrapped in a bed sheet was under the bed.

“We don’t know where the girl came from but some people said her name is Abina.”

When contacted, a senior police officer in Sapele Area Command confirmed the incident and said he is not authorized to speak as the incident is still under investigation and effort by Advocate to Police Public Relations officer to speak on the incident was not successful as at press time.

The Police as we gathered have intensified investigation to unearth the mystery behind her death of the girl and to in bring the perpetrators of the dastardly act to book.

Her corpse has been deposited at the mortuary.
