2019 Election: Christians rallies supports for Rev. Waive, backs him with prayers

House of Representative hopeful for Ughelli North/South and Udu Federal Constituency in the forthcoming 2019 election, Rev. Francis Ejiroghene Waive has received more supports as clergies from all the electoral wards in the three local government areas petitioned God for a peaceful election and electoral victory one of their own, Francis Ejiroghene Waive.

In a meeting held in Ughelli on Monday, April 2, the clergies stressed the need for Christians active participation in politics and said only through that the many wrongs and wickedness being perpetuated by politicians can be corrected and changed for good.
Adding that Christians who fear and hear from God, will no dpubt  make a great difference in the contemporary Nigerian society.
The also emphasised the importance of the ongoing voter registration exercise and urged all present at the meeting to encourage and mobilised their members to register as their vote is the only weapon to demolish evil structures built by wicked politicians over the years.
Addressing the gathering, Rev. Francis Ejiroghene Waive noted that; the gathering is for them to pray to God and to fortify him as he entered the murky waters of Nigeria politics. He added that his desires in seeking elective office is to set a precedence which will make every Nigerian have a change of attitude, mind and notion that the politician is a servant but not a boss to the people.
A total number of sixty four clergies from different denominations and others  attended the meeting with prayer points and intercessory session held in respect of the forthcoming election.
