Emerhor, who was represented by Chief Fred Oloko, a former House of Rep member promised Waive a level playing ground in the party primaries, saying the likes of Waive is asset to the party, and therefore will be given the needed support.

According to him; “Waive has been working hard to bring new members to the party, so I must commend his efforts because he has added value to APC since he joined the party, from what I have seen here, I can assure you that he will be given a level playing ground during the primary.

Speaking also, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege who was represented by a chieftain of the party in Ughelli North, Chief Dickson Umukoro stated that Revd. Waive is already a candidate of the party for Ughelli North/South and Udu constituency.

According to him; “There is no way Omo-Agege can leave Waive, they are going to the National Assembly together; I can tell you that Revd Waive is a candidate of APC for Ughelli North/South and Udu constituency.

“If you have Waive in the House of Rep and Sen. Omo-Agege in the Senate; Urhobo nation is covered at the National Assembly because nobody can pocket the two of them.”

He therefore urged other aspirants vying for the position in APC to queue behind Waive, nothing that with Wavie and Omo-Agege in the ballot, APC will win with great margin.

Earlier the Director General of Revd Francis Ejiroghene Waive Campaign Organisation Revd Israel Unutami said that with the Church solidly behind Waive the game is over as he will be declared unopposed.

The meeting of Clergy Ward Executives from the 32 Wards in the Federal Constituency of the church arm of Rev Francis Waive Campaign Organisation was attended by over 370 Clergymen and Women.
