2019 DTHA: APC leaders, elders in Ughelli endorse Jaro Egbo as sole candidate

Ahead of 2019 general elections, leaders and elders of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) in Ughelli clan, Sunday endorsed Olorogun Jaro Egbo as their sole candidate for the Ughelli North constituency II seat in the Delta State House.

The leaders and elders in the meeting held at the residence of Chief Austin Uloho, described Olorogun Jaro Egbo as a pragmatic and dedicated politician.

Speaking on behalf of the people, Chief Uloho said the decision was taken after a critical observation and evaluation of all the APC aspirants from the Ughelli kingdom.

He said “Egbo has the quality of a responsible representative with excellent credentials; he has the capacity bring home the needed development.

“We believe that Jaro Egbo will no doubt, include Ughelli North constituency II in the public policy priorities of the government if eventually elected.

“The leaders and elders also know that Olorogun Jaro Egbo exemplifies honesty, fairness, thoughtfulness and has insight in the activities government, hence we have collectively endorsed him”.

The meeting which was attended by Chief Austin Uloho, Chief Sylvester Kohwo, Chief Malachi Orode, Chief J Akponana, Prince Sam Kohwo, Chief Voke Oshasha and a host of others, was also attended by the three ward executives of Ughelli clan.
