Oghenesivbe disassociate self from report of Okowa’s 2023 alleged senatorial ambition

The Executive Assistant on Communication to the Governor of Delta State, Bar. Fred Oghenesivbe disassociates himself from report on the social media linking him to alleged senatorial ambition of the Governor Ifeanyi Okowa come 2023.

 

Oghenesivbe in a press statement, described the report as baseless political permutations and political verbal diarrhea by amateur propagandists recruited by the moribund opposition party in Delta State, the All Progressives Congress (APC).

 

.He noted that rather than concentrate on serious grassroots mobilization towards 2019 general elections, the leaders and chieftains of the party Delta are consoling themselves by trying to cause an impossible acrimony and internal conflicts among the ever united people of Anioma Nation.

 

“It is a pity that APC Delta has degenerated to a sorrowful state where its leaders have become confused, visionless, frustrated, disorganised and highly debased morally, intellectually and in political permutations to the extent of sponsoring unrealistic and unimaginable political permutations.

 

“I wish to state categorically that the Smart Governor of Delta State,  Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa is not thinking as far as 2023 in connection with his next level in national politics after serving 8 years in office as governor of Delta State, expected to fully mature on May 29, 2023.

 

“My boss, the Governor is a humble and submissive tool in the hands of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit and as such his political and leadership transition from May 29, 2023 onward shall be crafted, anointed and blessed by the Godhead.

 

“It is not and will never be the duty of any mortal to speculate or give direction as to the subject matter of 2023 political ambition for His Excellency the incumbent performing governor of Delta State.

 

“It is therefore strongly recommended that all idle leaders and social media aides of APC Delta should find something tangible and useful thing to engage themselves rather than misinforming the public and Deltans. Gov Okowa is too busy developing Delta State at the moment and cannot now think of what will happen in 2023.

 

“It is therefore very necessary to politically and morally debunk the fake and baseless rumours making the rounds that Gov Okowa or distinguished Senator Peter Nwaoboshi is or are at loggerheads over any future political power play. It is simply the slightest figment of political imagination by APC Delta amateur political propagandists.

 

“The governor and all PDP elected and appointed representatives are constantly interacting; working creatively together to move our great party and Delta State forward. As the governor always say; when it’s time for politics, we shall play it according to the rules.

 

“PDP party faithfuls, the blessed and good people of Anioma Nation and Deltans should discard with a wave of the hand, the cheap and reckless, divisive and satanic propaganda engineered and sponsored by some debased and expired inexperienced politicians parading themselves as saviour of mankind in Delta APC.

 

“Gov Okowa’s main and sole objective at the moment is to spread development across Delta State and drastically reduced poverty level in the state through various ongoing skills acquisition and vocational training of our youth under the Youth Agricultural Entrepreneurship and Skills Acquisition Entrepreneurship Programmes (YAGEP and STEP) closely monitored and supervised by the Job Creation Office and the Micro Credit Agency,” the statement added.
